About the owner
I am an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a post graduate diploma in Local Government and Constitutional law from the university of Witwatersrand which I passed summa cum laude.
My co-director, Jens Stratenwerth has more than 30 years experience in metering and has been involved in the entire process from design to manufacturing and installation.

Madeleen Wienand
Madeleen Wienand is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with specialist knowledge in Local Government and Constitutional Law. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Local Government and Constitutional Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, which she passed summa cum laude. Her legal background gives her valuable insight into municipal processes, compliance, utility matters, and transparent service delivery.
Jens Stratenwerth
Jens Stratenwerth brings more than 30 years of specialist experience in the metering industry. His background covers the full metering process, from design and manufacturing through to installation. With technical qualifications in electronics, digital electronics, aircraft instrumentation, mathematics, engineering physics, industrial instrumentation, datametrics, and information technology, Jens brings strong technical insight to Bodacious Group’s utility metering and data management solutions.
